Common Questions Before Starting
How do I send large files (Full Arch scans)?
For large files, we recommend using WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox. Simply upload your folder (containing STL/PLY files and the Rx) and email the download link to chinadentaldesigns@gmail.com.
What is your standard turnaround time?
For standard Crown & Bridge cases, our turnaround is 24 hours. If you send the file by 5 PM EST, you will typically receive the design by 8 AM EST the next morning. Complex All-on-X cases may require 48 hours.
Do you offer free trial designs?
Yes! We are confident in our quality. We offer the first 3 units completely FREE for new lab partners so you can test our fit and communication without any risk.
Which software do you use?
We use licensed Exocad and 3Shape software. We can provide you with the open STL file for milling, or the native design file if you wish to make adjustments.
