Our Cement Retained Design Service utilizes a “Split-File” workflow. We design the Custom Abutments first to ensure they are perfectly parallel, and then design the Bridge Structure over them in a single digital session.

Custom Abutment Design
- Parallelism: All abutments are surveyed to a common path of insertion using CAD software tools.
- Margin Placement: Placed 0.5mm below the gingiva (or equigingival) to allow easy cleanup of excess cement.
- Profile: Anatomical emergence profile to support the papilla.
Bridge Structure
- Cement Gap: Optimized (e.g., 40-50µm) for film thickness.
- Occlusal Table: Full integrity (no screw holes) allowing for ideal occlusion anatomy.
- Material: Optimized for Zirconia or PFM frameworks.
